We achieve the maximum value for the units while delivering solutions tailored to the developer’s current market needs. This can be through deed of variations to a higher quantum of shared ownership units or working towards a commuted sum or discounted market sale route.

Lendlease – 188 affordable units at their Deptford Timberyard scheme sold to Peabody.
Dandara – 60 dwelling turnkey deal sold to the Guinness Partnership in West Sussex.
Abbey Mill Homes – 8 affordable units in Stotfold, Bedfordshire, sold to First Garden City Homes.
Devine Homes – 8 affordable units in Horsham, sold to Saxon Weald.
Beechcroft – 16 affordable units in Shiplake, sold to Red Kite Community Housing.
